Reflections in the Dark
My second attempt at nocturne painting was last night! I wanted to capture the full moon eclipse. I arrived at the lake at moon rise and got a nice painting of the shore. As the moon rose and the night got darker, I started a second painting that focused on the reflecting lights. But it grew even darker, so I turned on my trusty light and bam!! Bugs everywhere!! I turned off the light and I tried to paint in the dark. Lol!
After a while, I decided to just enjoy the eclipse with my daughter. It ended up being a beautiful night. We even got to wish on some shooting stars.
